Next we recommend a tailored editing plan, whether developmental, copyediting, or proofreading. While editing is underway we begin cover concepts and interior layout options. We provide sequential proofs so you can see how changes render across different formats. Once proofs are approved we assemble print-ready PDF and EPUB files and provide retailer-ready metadata and ISBN assistance. Every step includes actionable feedback and a clear timeline so you can make decisions with confidence.
We partner with print-on-demand services and select printers to ensure quality control. Our approach is transparent about costs and timelines and we provide optional support for marketing materials such as author one-sheets, sample pages, and press-ready assets. Our aim is to reduce friction for independent authors while maintaining the editorial integrity of your work.
